AFTER
Prior to February 2011, I had never taken the initiative to do any sort of physical activity. I joined River Oaks Fitness on a whim and my goal was only to get back to pre-college weight by LOSING 30 POUNDS, not ever thinking it was truly achievable. I was pleasantly surprised to see results and was able to reach my goal in a matter of about 4 months. Now almost 6 months since I've started, I don't think I'll ever stop since I find training with Jacob fun and have a new found love for fitness and results.
